“By winning the Amsterdam Science & Innovation Award we received a lot of media attention for the brain scanner in the ambulance of the Amsterdam UMC. Thanks to this media attention we also achieved our Heart Foundation crowdfunding campaign goal to finance the equipment. Currently, a scientific study is underway to show that our brain scanner works.” Jonathan Coutinho & Wouter Potters, winners 2018
This competition is open to (teams of) researchers, staff and students in all disciplines from all participating Amsterdam universities, universities of applied sciences, academic medical centres and public research centres.
